Comfy beds. Made it look as nice as possible
Did not like ground level room and. Outside entrance made it feel like a motel. Did not want to be in the room at all didn?t feel like a place to relax. No Netflix or prime or streaming. Weird step into the bathroom. Terrible coffee.

The location of the hotel is across the streets from the ferry. It is close to the museum, the government building, and the Empress. It has a bar and restaurant on the ground floor.
The hotel provided a space heater that blew the breakers. The room doors and elevator were small and narrow.
