The location

Too many issues with this hotel. First of all I have been attacked by bed bugs quite badly. The rooms looked quite clean but still I have been bitten everywhere. The door to the balcony had no handle and after they sent someone to fix it, it actually made things worse as there was still no handle but I could not even jiggle it any longer to get it open. The hotel has no restaurant as such besides a German one that opens at the most bizarre hours And finally for the staff it really depends who you may talk to. Some are friendly but most are very cold and not in a mindset to help. I will not come back here obvioouly.
