awesome big rooms. heated roof top pool is awesome. an older hotel but their rate reflects this.

is a pretty big hotel so feels like a rabbit warren when moving through the building

No restaurant for breakfast. The concierge pointed me down the street.

Great location, great rooms, awesome pools and spas for the kids.

Squeaky uneven floors, but understandable.

Lovely large room. Perfect for 2 Adults & 2 teenagers. Staff were excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Nice to have the kitchen area also. Nice view out to the bridge and water. Close to Skytower.

Friendly staff, clean room

Only 1 robe available in the room, no towels available for swim in pool area, discovered needed to take our room bath towels and having to go back to room to retrieve, then needed to get them replaced for showers. Netflix didn't work (Room 626), had hotel person try help then IT tried to help at 22:40pm I told them not to bother it was too late and we never got to watch a movie before bed (advised all this on check out). No vendor machine's available in the hotel or any food places sometimes you don't want to leave the hotel when you are on a staycation something my daughter and I like to do regularly. One more thing that when we talked to other patrons the pool was too deep there was no shallow end to enjoy for us shorties.
