We were assigned rooms on different floors due to a booking error, but the front desk helped us get not only rooms close by, but interconnecting rooms. This made things very convenient for us as one family.
One of the rooms did not have the AC turned on when we arrived. The room was incredibly hot and smelled terrible.
Our bath tub in our room was the best part ! The location was great as well, other than that, I don’t recommend.
Well when we checked in, the two people at the desk were very rude. Then gave us a room key where someone was already checked into, when we arrived to our room. Went back to the desk, the guy brushed it off like it was nothing, and didn’t really seem to care. Seemed like he was the manager as well, from how he was dressed, which is even worse as far as I’m concerned.

A sweeping renovation is required to address the hotel's numerous deficiencies. The crumbling, aged carpeting and stained, torn hallways on each floor are particularly noteworthy. The furniture and mattress in the room are over 20 years old, and the bathtub is corroded. The initial provision of amenities was inadequate, with a solitary shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided for three individuals. Nevertheless, room service responded promptly to requests, supplying sufficient provisions and towels. A complimentary refrigerator was provided upon request, albeit its condition and appearance were substandard, akin to something salvaged from the street. The staff, including the maintenance crew, exhibit exceptional work ethic and dedication to ensuring guests' comfort during their stay.
