Location, and the pool area was nice.
Hotel felt very old and musty immediately after leaving the lobby. Elevator was small and old, carpets and furniture were dingy, room AC smelled really musty/moldy
The beds were comfortable and the staff were super nice and welcoming. The location was great because you are literally close to ALOT of stores and restaurants. I would recommend this area to others.
Although we didnt have any issues, the pool was very disappointing. If looked dirty and not maintained well after it was used. We did not go into the pool.
Overall experience
The room was nice and comfortable.
Anything to do with the restaurant was very bad. Bar- only had well gin. But four bottle of single malt. Bartender was talking to us with food in her mouth. Very bad smell of burnt popcorn. Meal not worth the price. Pizza was burned. My husband asked about desserts as there were three choices on the menu. The bartenders response was - we don't have any dessert- well I could get you some ice cream. Breakfast: Eggs were horrible - powdered? Mold on the croissants. Coffee was horrible. We were charged $15 each for the breakfast. Most hotels would include the breakfast at this level. Since we had to pay for it - it should have been a much better quality.
