Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville

Warm and helpful staff from front desk to dining area to valet. Excellent location! Happy hour each day from 5-6:30 is a nice bonus.

1 day had long wait time for the elevator.

Breakfast was great along with the evening happy hour. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and the rooms had plenty of space. We all enjoyed our stay.

Room design, bathroom design/quality, dining facilities/breakfast area, pool rooftop facilities, location/access to downtown and Broadway, ability for digital check in/checkout, and overall hotel esthetic.

Digital check in was not linked properly, slow flow to enter drop off/valet area, limited luggage carts, and noise (pollution)from huge car/truck speakers parked on the street playing all Saturday night that could be heard all the way up to at least the 11th floor.

Excellent property great service and perfectly located downtown across from the Country Music hall of Fame and 1 block from Broadway. Joy at the desk was an amazing host and such a delight to meet. She gave directions and suggestions on what to do and where to eat.

It’s fairly priced and perfectly located. Rooms are clean , spacious and great view.

Room size and quality was excellent. Everything was comfortable and clean.

The property was packed and not properly staffed/setup to accommodate. Albeit it was a holiday weekend, but waiting 10+ minutes for an elevator in a 30 story building and 10+ minutes multiple times for valet service is not excusable for a property at this price point.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly.

Maybe the coffee stand a little more centrally located.
