Breakfast was fine. It outweighed some of the cost of drinks in the hotel. Personally I would like to see a happy hour between 2 -4 where you lower drink prices before releasing the hounds to Broadway.

Was not given a real reply to why cash was only to be used to pay for things inside the hotel. All we received from Hotel Staff was that the system was down. From the 21st to the 27th. Seems a little weird? If you were hacked i would like to have that knowledge so i could monitor my information and cards. Thank you

Loved the location, you were minutes from Broadway but far enough that there was no noise. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was decent, good variety every day and their coffee shop in the lobby was great.

Before I arrived I called to add a friend to the reservation so they could check in before I arrived, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, to the point of having 2 separate conversations with people while I was on the phone with her. The day of check out my card was charged over 70$ for Valet, when none of us travelling had a car, I called and was told in the most dismissive manner that it was a computer glitch. Needless to say the front of house staff here could do with some retraining.

Everything, it was clean, people were friendly from parking to checking in. It’s a perfect location to everything.

I like the cleanliness of the property. The workers were nice and attentive. I like the different places to eat at the property.
