2 Queen beds very very small for $1000. Definitely no value, even considering it's high season. No complimentary water bottles, no little toiletries in the bathroom. Disappointing

Room size was adequate and clean with great bathroom and shower. Lover the sitting area in the reception with the great active real fireplace. Internal outdoor courtyard is a wonderful quiet clean space.

Could clearly hear neighbours talking even from rooms across the passage as well as noisy persons walking in the corridor. Our room was situated on the street and at street level, so not quiet and people peering in when the blinds were raised.

Great front desk staff, welcoming, informative, and efficient in checking in. Lovely views, especially from the rooftop pool. Comfortable, spacious bedroom with everything for a stay. Excellent location for access to Banff centre.

Would not make a couple of sandwiches for our ongoing long road trip. Disappointing.

Not value for money, no microwave in the room. Rooms are congested for two queen bed room.
