SureStay Hotel by Best Western Santa Monica

Clean, large room. Good breakfast with lots of options. We used to the public transport to get around and there is a bus stop in each direction within a 2 minute walk. We were able to store our luggage for the day after checkout - this was not in separate locked room, but in the lobby of the reception, but that wasn’t a concern for us.

The room was clean, the manager was super kind, there are a lot of free electric chargers for cars, the parking lot was free, the breakfast is perfect and it is well located.

beds are a little bit small

Friendly helpful staff, Free parking, comfy beds, there was a small problem with the room which was entirely resolved within 10 mins , breakfast included

Noisy air conditioning!

Excellent location for our needs

Small room, half below grade, so small window. Noisy AC unit. Sink in room- awful idea.

the staff on site was helpful. i asked to change room because of noise and they made that happen. i had a bigger room, 2nd floor it was much better

noise from the corridor, location is okay but there is not a lot of options for dinning around.
