I liked the entire hotel, it is very clean and tidy in everything, I loved the food, the excellent service
Being in mexico
The hotel scammed us. Booked a room for four and they would only honor a room for two people. Began a string of hidden up charges through the entire trip. Rooms were filthy, a/c /ice makers didnt work. The staff was not very friendly.
Privilege was not a privilege.
The other guests were fun and helpful. But if you have a child that likes water slides. These do not work. Daisy rooms should be for guests under 10. Eden rooms are better with more activities. My son birthday he turned 13. Daisy rooms are overpriced and crap.
They overcharged me more than once, and most restaurants were horrible food. We went without eating for 12 hours because we had park tickets. And missed dinner. Route 66 should not be able to serve food at all. The front desk threw us to the side. Didn't show us around or get us involved with anything. We arrived at about noon. All they said is, "Here is your room." Later, when I was going to depart, there was a group of men on the shuttle bus. They were telling them about where to eat and how to make reservations. What the rooms look like. It pissed me off. I overpaid for a room that was crap. Food experience was not the greatest, and I was not treated equally to other guests.
I really loved how many activities they had for the kids to stay engaged. They also had many different food options to chose from.
Having a toddler can be hard. I would appreciate if they would let me take the food to my room when my son didnt get a chance to eat. Most of it was thrown out as well and I just think in a world with starving people everywhere, that wasnt right. We should be reducing as much waste as possible
