Very nice and homey, great location

The location near the convention centre

The room is basically a toilet that has a bed. This was not clear (and still) from the photos on the booking page. This doesn't work for many people to live in a bathroom where the toilet seat and bath sink is literally beside your bed. It was shocking for me after a long flight to find your bed in the toilet. Thanks to the staff who solved it for me and cancelled my reservation. I was not able to stay overnight. I hope they re-plan some rooms and add photos with full view of the rooms. Thanks

A little weird to share a room with an adult kid with the bunk bed and open toilet and no chairs or closet

It was central and easy to find

They took a deposit of $75 for any damage and told me they world refund it but never did. I emailed the hotel and they said they've released itit to my card and told me to contact my own bank. I live in the UK and my bank said they never revived anything back so I paid extra for nothing. For that reason I would stay in another hotel next time that actually refunds clients.

Location, and room could have been cleaner. Staff was okay but not great other then the security staff seemed very friendly but hotel staff basically ignored.
