The staff at the reception and ED who assisted us upon arrival and to move to room 610 , the facility is breath taking, the pool. The rooms. The restaurant is excellent and very reasonable priced. We loved our stay.
The toilet seat in room 610 needs to changed. This doesn’t fit such a hotel. We checked in to a room with no electricity, but it was fixed. We asked to move to a room with a balcony , we paid for this. 3 lights didn’t work : Bedside, staging light , balcony. It was dark but we were too tired to deal with it. The price is expensive especially that it doesn’t include breakfast.
Location is perfect
Location and value
Inconsistent staff. Restaurant was only real negative
I absolutely loved that the hotel was right in the center of the city. The shops and restaurants were either right around the corner or a short walk. I had the garden view with the balcony overlooking the pool area. It was nice and quaint. Very entertaining to watch the people down below. Room service did a good job. Shower pressure: excellent!
The only issue I had was with the balcony when it was time for bed. The curtains couldn't close all the way, so the light from the pool/garden area shined in the room. I like to sleep in the dark, but I couldn't because of the light, so I had to pull the cover over my head. The bed was very comfy though.
Balcony was great despite being tiny, difficult for 2 people to get in and out. We enjoyed the entertainment and pool/hot tub. Location was very convenient.
This was a very basic accommodation. It was a crowded place when the Murphy bed was open. There were not any special touches in the room, not even a bottle of water. Bathroom toiletries were very basic/cheap. Coffee machine did not function appropriately. Tea could be on offer in addition to Coffee. It did not seem like a $400/night caliber accommodation.
Excellent location at the entrance of Old Quebec. One bedroom suite is really well laid out.
Underground parking is a little awkward to drive in.
The rate for one room was 400$. We waited in line for 30 min to check in. The Chek out was at 11 and they wanted to charge more for a 2 hour extension! The room did not have enough towels or cups. The jackuzi was over crowded! Nothing in the room worked including the electrical outlets. The parking was tight and we had to go to the sixth floor in the basement. In short, I will never stay there again.
