Very good

I like the INATEL rooms that usually offer what I'm looking for: good value for money. All the essentials provided for the money paid. This time, I liked the nice employees, the location and the building and facilities.

I didn't like the fact that I paid for a double room for one night and arrived in a single room with a single bed and a hot room like a sauna. At the time of arrival and on this location, it was late to find an alternative. And I was tired after a day of walking trails. I've asked at the reception what happenned and the answer was that the website accepted my reservation but the hotel had no more rooms available. This was the only one available. No empathy or alternative.

Good breakfast

Bad guality internet,condicionier didnt work, glasses didnt last,inconveniet time for the pool

Comfortable bed, staff at reception and bar were friendly.

The room needs renovation, bathroom was very old and in bad conditions. Because it is an old building we could hear people talking in the hallway early in the morning.

Location good

The old hotel is beautiful but all wooden. Floors or tiles, lots of doors banging, trolley cases rolling up & down, no respect at night for people sleeping, the people above room 312 were moving all the furniture around from 10pm for a couple of hours, old bathrooms wouldn't stay again
