I got a room that was not cleaned, including used wet towels and not empty garbage can. I returned to the reception to complain and no one was there. It took more than half hour till I could talk to someone who gave me a new room.
Key cards deactivated twice on consecutive days. No one at the front desk either time asked me for ID. The woman working front desk mid day Saturday was chatting on the phone for at least 5 minutes as I waited for her to reactivate the keys. The second time (Saturday about 9 pm) I was there, no one was at the front desk and I had to wait for someone to show up. The side door did not lock so anyone could just walk in with out a key card.
