All the staff members at Bumi Muwa are genuine, generous and so friendly. They went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Thank you for your hospitality!
Staff is amazing and they will assisti you in everything you need, they do care about guests
Very nice and welcoming personnel. Nice breakfasts. Good place to explore Ubud district from.
The bedding and duvet was definitely in need of change or at least good wash.
Very friendly stuff, while our room was not ready (we were early), we were proposed to change and swim in the pool, our baggage meanwhile could stay at the reception. Also we could rent scooters directly from the hotel. Even if it is not in the touristical center of Ubud, you have several Warungs to eat with good prices and you can fast and easily reach the city center by a scooter. For breakfast there are several options and that was sometimes even too much :)
In the bathroom it smelled like humidity...
Staff very accommodating
I went with 2 old people. In Indonesia, the steps are not consistent and safe for old people to walk. Very easy to trip. Wish they could use bright tape or something to make steps more visible
