Clean rooms and a very helpful staff. The room wasnt ready when we arrived but they made sure they got us lunch while it was being readied.

Rooms were good.

WiFi was not good. Lady serving at breakfast was not well trainned. We asked a lot of times for stuff and she didnt bring but the bill she brought even before we finished.

The pool

The staff. I want to say the manager tried to talk to me about my discontent, by the time he got to me I was so upset there was nothing that could make me happy. They treated my husband and I very poorly the 3 days I was there. Never cleaned our room even though I requested every day I was there

I loved my stay at sonesta. Everything exceeded my expectations. Eat good at the 2 restaurants they have, got laundry done, excellent view from the 9th floor. They helped me organize my tours and airport transfer. Staff very pleasant. The WiFi works excellent. The only minor thing is that you have to enter the WiFi code every time you leave your room but its not a big deal. I wish, I had stay longer.
