Very nice hotel, professional staff, the breakfast was good and location the best.

Claudia at the front desk was outstanding. She was helpful, kind, friendly And extremely hospitable.

Great location and quiet. We had an inside room over the courtyard and was very pleasant.

The locations is amazing, city center and well connect to all, metro, taxi, etc. The room is confortable, clean and you have everything you need. The breakfast is very good, lots of choices.

Loved the location and the hotel had a small relaxing patio. The breakfast buffet was also good. (We purchased ahead with a little discount)

The room was awful. We were on the top (fourth) floor and maybe these rooms are different. Not sure! But our ceilings were slanted and low. Made us feel claustrophobic. Also there were no windows at eye level, only very high windows and skylights. Th bathroom had no fan and no way to open the window so steam couldnt escape after a shower. Worst of all there was not a single mirror in the room. Only the bathroom had the usual over the sink mirror. So very inconvenient when one of us wanted to get ready while the other was showering or using the toilet! There was a lot of available wall space for installing a mirror in the room. It is a cheap but helpful alteration. Also the lighting in the room was somewhat dim. And some smaller complaints: the bathtub/shower was very narrow because there was a protruding handle on the side that we kept bumping into while shampooing. And the glass door to the bathroom was super heavy and annoying. Also no iron in the room but the front desk sent us one when we called and requested.
