Spacious comfortable rooms. Mine had a stunning view over the harbour. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast buffet.
The lifts are incredibly noisy. If your room is anywhere near them, you will not get to sleep until the last guest has turned in for the evening.

terrible bed and pillow, room was hot, shower glass wall too short .. got water all over floor. Breakfast was tasteless.
The hotel was well run, friendly and everything worked. The breakfast was excellent, and the lunch very reasonable.
The price. $187 for a single night for a well run three star hotel is high, so much so that I moved out after one night to a less expensive hotel.
