Design and location
I was really surprised (and honestly disappointed) to see a mouse during breakfast at the Radisson Blu. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves hygiene standards
Great location for any trade fair.
Hotel needs a face lift. Bar menu is very small. No choice for vegetarians. Breakfast has little offer for vegetable and vegan food.
Then hotel is nicely designed Pet friendly Good parking The rooms are nice
This is not the Radisson level we know—definitely not a good hotel. The main issue lies with the restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant was truly disappointing. The menu was extremely limited, with very few appealing options. The food itself felt like low-quality, ready-made meals—more like McDonald’s in fancy wrapping. It tasted bad, felt unfresh, and to make things worse, I even found a hair in my dish. When I called the manager to show them, they were polite on the surface but quite defensive, insisting they had tasted the food and found it good, and even claimed the hair was mine. Our original plan was to enjoy all our meals at the hotel, but after that experience, we never returned to the restaurant. The only bright spot in the restaurant was Octavia—a truly sweet and kind lady who deserves appreciation. Breakfast was, unfortunately, just as bad. The food didn't feel fresh, and the vegetables had a strange taste. We even found a bug in the scrambled eggs. The chef came out to apologize and said it must have come from outside. He was very sweet, but it’s clear there is a serious problem with food hygiene in the hotel. The value for money, especially for breakfast, is zero. The reception staff, on the other hand, were very nice—friendly and professional. Still, I will never return to this hotel. It’s a real shame, especially since we chose one of the most expensive hotels for this period and received such poor value. I usually love Radisson, but this one didn’t live up to the brand I know and trust.
The bed was very bad
