Friendliness of the staff. Location. Stunning views.. bus outside the door.
Nothing. Just that it's on a hill and if you miss the bus it is a pull up the hill

Lovely family run hotel. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. Ten minute walk to the station at S. Margarita. 10/15 minute walk to the centre of S. Margarita or Rapallo.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room. Nice view. Within walking distance (10-15 min) of nice restaurants and railway station.
The road in front of the hotel is busy. It can be a bit noisy.

Mattress was hard. Parking for our 6 seater van was on the street on a very busy road.not in the property as promised.
