Hotel Bonaventure Montreal

Location but was disappointed by amenities. Pool was not heated. Sauna was not heating.

Outdoor amenities were in disrepair

Loved this hotel and the gardens and hot pool were beautiful. Love the resident ducks. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious

Good central location

Booked a room with two queen beds with the intention to share the beds, beds were very small the size of full beds. Brought up to the staff who were quite rude. Pool was packed with children all hours of the day couldn’t use. Sink in our room was clogged and took a long time to drain.

Conveniently located near the Via station and downtown Montreal. I wish they had ramps to wheel your luggage as I only saw stairs from where you get a taxi or stairs to rooms.

The room was modern, clean, comfortable, quiet. The location was very convenient to the Bell Center, metro, and shopping. Bar staff was very friendly, front desk staff was helpful and courteous. We definitely would stay there again!

The hotel is quite old and the design is not very easy to navigate. It’s a layout issue which can’t be remedied without a total overhaul. No valet parking.

Buffet Breakfast is pricy for a family

I requested joint rooms bc i had 6 kids with me; we were two adults. The rooms were not connected and the two adults had to seperate most of the time to mind half the kids had we had the joint room we could have all moved freely while also being able to supervise. I was given a parking discount to compensate but it didnt give us back the time we couldnt all be together
