It's a really beautiful hotel with a beautiful view, everything is very clean and comfortable.

Customer service- my card was overcharged by a significant amount a few days after I checked out. After a lot of phone calls and emails I was sent a fake invoice for the charge before finally receiving a phone call with an apology and eventually, a refund. If you do stay here, keep a copy of all of your receipts, I was also overcharged for the minibar. You can only use the spa facilities once during your stay and the hot pools are cold. The pool daybeds are 250 for hotel guests.

Top quality breakfast

Management lacks. No strategy on pool policy, nobody cleans up, personnel briefing during the day at plain sight where service at pool at peak moment, nobody cleans towels / sunbeds / food. If management does not put customer first, how should personnel know priorities? Pool is nice so take pride in keeping things tidy and do not allow sunbeds to be reserved

Location, view, decor - all stunning. Classical music over breakfast outside was a nice touch.

So many things werent good enough for a 5 star hotel. The roof top was closed for nearly a week. They offered use of the spa and when it reopened you need to spend 260 euros minimum to use it. We booked a twin but was given a double so had to wait to be reallocated. No water or coffee pods in the room on some days. Slow housekeeping. Freezing cold at night/ we couldnt change thermostat. Video charged my account even though it didnt work. Multiple requests for coffee at breakfast were delayed or did not arrive at all. Esp Saturday. No bread, no plates. Cooked breakfast was cold everyday. No towels at 11am on one day. Finally, they tried to double charge me for my room and late check out. It was clear the hotel was not ready to receive large numbers of guests and that they need more staff. The staff tried their best but it was obvious to everyone that they were struggling and stressed.

Breakfast is very good with a good number of alternatives very complete.

Service was a problem. In the first day the phone was not working. We asked for a bottle opener and we had to go to the lobby 4 times before they sent it. Do ask for a service in the room, you need to download the app from the mother company, find the hotel, then find the menu to ask. A lot of work. I had to wait 20 minutes in the afternoon for towels at the pool. So a lot of bad service for the price they charge. Unnaceptable.

We liked everything - the staff was vey mice; the room was spacious; the spa and outside pool were great. Location is perfect - close to nice bars and restaurants, also, there are really enjoyable walking paths (both sides of the hotel where you can do morning and evening walks. The hotel has private entrance to the beach which we found super convenient being with our 2 years' old child. Beach is perfect, such a lovely view. There is a touristic train that you can take from the hotel and explore 20 km trip, incl. stops and various sightseeings and beaches.

Breakfast was nice (especially the french toast) but it was one and the same everyday. For a longer stay, it becomes a bit boring, while you actually have more or less everything you need for breakfast.
