location
Noise especially if assigned a low floor; not clean either
The location is great. Room is small, but has all the necessities. Close to everything, and the room is quiet during the night. That’s amazing! Perfect for travellers! Would like to go back in this hotel next time in NYC.
There’s no breakfast included.
It’s an easy location since I’ve stayed a few times before and the price is decent compared to other hotels
They don’t have a cleaning start available all day which I I understand the cost to do so. I leave the room late but the cleaning staff has gone home
The staff was kind and helpful.
As far as the property goes, it was okay, but it felt like a hostel. The hallways were dark, and the room was not the cleanest; the doors to the entry and inside were filthy with multiple fingerprints and dirt. The bed sheets were dingy and had black stains. I did not want to sit or sleep in this place. It was good for teenagers on a budget, but I could not say I would ever stay there. I checked out and sacrificed my cancellation fee. No way will I stay there or recommend it. Sorry.
I loved it so much! The staff were kind and helpful and even gave me an upgrade, the bed was comfortable, the shower was sooo good, the location couldn’t be any more perfect really the stay was so so good!
If I really have to say then you should know that New York is not the safest for solo travel but I did it, and it was fine. I could see how people might find it small but I thought it was average size, last but not least and the only thing that actually bothered me was the price but you can’t expect anything less in NYC
