The rooms and facilities were great.
The roof top bar is very strict on alcohol policies beyond the roof top bar. If you bring a cup with ANY liquid/beverage they will throw it away without consent.
clean and good service

I like the fact its a new hotel, large spaces and central location with easy parking. Staff we good and well trained, great gym and roof bar is nice when not busy. In terms of interiors its modern European and sits well with the overall hotel.
Our room on the 4th floor in the corner of the building facing the road was very noisy. For a new building we couldn’t believe how bad the sound proofing was on the glass, during the night it sounded like we had a engine running in the room, we had a bleeping sound to. We complained right away staff great but no idea why.... They wanted to move us but after driving all day it’s the last thing you want to do! Pool is not big, i mean its more like a big bath tub... 3.5 foot deep on average... what is the point in building a hotel that big and not giving you a chance to swim? cost of a basic room was very $$$ for what you actually got...sorry but you charge that much for a noisy room im gonna say how it is.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice to have breakfast and bar on site, but if you want to eat/drink at the rooftop definitely make a reservation.
Location surroundings could seem questionable at times.
Lovely rooftop bar.
Room not as pictured (ceilings are unfinished in-person - part of their look apparently... which is fine, but it is not completed looking as pictured). Parking not always available in the underground parking facility. Super inconsistent with replenishing amenities in the room. For the price paid, and given a request was made in advance - no extra touch to make it feel at all special given that this was for a 60th Birthday celebration - not even a welcome note saying happy birthday let alone anything complimentary.
The hotel is new and therefore neat with additional extras. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing.
We were asked to sign up for the reward program but then could not claim our welcome drink at the bar. This felt a little underhand.
