Excellent location. Cleaning staff extremely good and nice. Staff in overall nice.

Could easily hear the neighboring rooms and corridor. Devastating dry cleaning service of the hotel that ruined my business attire. Don’t use!

Almost nothing, I had to stay as I already booked!

On arrival they requested deposit using card payment and was not returned. The room size is very small No free parking! you will need to pay for the nearby Parking No concierge service, you will have to help your self with your luggage

Location good, clean modern rooms. Quiet. Room always presented nicely by housekeeping staff each day

Little details like soap dispensers not working well.

Minimal housekeeping, Minimal amenities ( no robe, slippers, ice only on 2nd floor)

The room was small but comfortable for 2 the facilities and Lobby was very welcoming

Full Beds would of loved Queens

The hotel is well located near Grand Central and surrounded by restaurants bars, etc. The UN buildings are also very close by. Rooms are very comfortable. Quality of mattress and pillows are superb. A value added of the hotel is the possibility of exercising or doing yoga in your room. There are many thing a mat and others that you can use. I also love the gym.
