Adorably decorated and newly renovated - the staff, room, service and amenities were unexpectedly incredible. Ice blocks and cold towels at the refreshing pool, great in house poke restaurant and bar with happy hour - we honestly could not have asked for more! Staff also stored our longboards for us and never looked unhappy despite it being a hassle. Great location and although the room wasn't huge, it was just right for us!

Wi-Fi was not working well. So, I couldn't use my PC during my stay for 2 weeks . One of the womens receptionist attitude to the customer was rough. She didn't reply my question properly. I'm planning to stay your hotel in a very near future . If I found her rude attitude next time again, Let me write her name on this board.

Absolutely loved our stay, the room was gorgeous and the staff were amazing. A+

I loved everything about my stay- the room was lovely + it looked better than the pictures. All the fixtures and the furniture, etc were great. I enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking out at the canal. I requested a kettle so I could slowly wake up with a warm drink in the room, and the fridge allowed me to keep beverages cold. I enjoyed the location, which was close to the action, but not in the middle of it. All the staff were lively. I'd definitely stay here again - great value.

It would have been great to receive Wi-Fi password as part of regular check in process.

Everything was wonderful. Recently nicely updated rooms. Very clean. Comfy beds. Perfect location. Great restaurant and pool bar. Very cozy pool area. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. They also provide free beach chairs and towel - very handy.

Shower could have more water pressure

The hotel is in a good location and pretty stylish. The bed is comfortable, and the room has a balcony. (The shower tap needs renovation, I would change the shower curtains with a half glass wall).The poke restaurant is good. I would go back.

The room has a weird light system, shower is in the dark, you need to go to each singular light to switch it on, bumped the head in the side bed lights many times. There is no light in front of the mirror. The staff was a bit lost, we asked to change the bed sheets after 2 days as we had other 2 days there, they said yes but bedsheets weren't change. We asked to have the room a bit earlier as we were coming from a long flight, and they made us wait until checking time, and then we found the room covered with pretty flowers...now,I would rather wait an hour less, no floweres and towls decoration on the bed, that I had to collect and have a shower... we did have to remind them to write off our name when returning chairs, for example.Wine glasses dirty on the bathroom sink fir several days until checked out... They don't rent sun umbrella, maybe they don't believe in sun safety. Also a stand for the luggage could be useful in the room. Just little things that make a place even more client attentive also considering the price that is not so cheap.
