Beautifully maintained, good customer service, and on the beach

Parking is expensive and valet parking is chaotic. The beds were worn in certain spots making it uncomfortable. M

The hotel offered amenities and provided the families with support with activities throughout the day texted to your phone.

The hotel was beautiful.

The parking was very expensive and and there was too many extra add on and you have to pay for water also. the staff is not gust friendly.

There is a lot you can do without leaving the premises. The beach location ideal in a more residential area of the beach which is actually dark at night. Staff were generally very helpful.

The original room assignment was not great for the amount I paid for the total reservation (3 rooms, 3 nights each). The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to rectify that. In the upgraded room, I had an issue with the HVAC unit squeaking.

Location, pools, beach, lobby, staff.

Upholstered furniture was stained beyond cleaning. Maintenance tried but stains are to bad. Attempted to move to another room, stains there too. Time to replace furniture.

POOL AREA, STAFF ARE ALWAYS NICE.

IVE BEEN STAYING AT THIS HOTEL WELL OVER 10 YEARS, OUR FAMILY AND KIDS LOVE THIS PLACE. BUT THE LAST 2 TIMES WE HAVE NOT BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH OUR ROOM. ROOMS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED PROPERLY, TOO MUCH DUST, SHEETS DO NOT SMELL CLEAN, BLOOD ON PILLOW.
