Friendly staff ,helping and caring...especially hesham alsadany from the reception ....our check-in took almost 5 minutes and it was early check-in he did a great job really....and also Hossam the billman, Hossam the hotel security, mina from the reception and the general manager they were very nice staff in general the aqua was great ,amazing swimming pool and beach in Palma de merit was good......food was good especially breakfast..value for the money....highly recommended

Cleanliness of the room can be improved especially bed sheets and pillows

Unfortunately there is no free WiFi service at the rooms

The employees receptions, house keeping crew and restaurant crew are very good and helpful

The room is very old and the toilet was very old and bad equipment in use The fridge was very old and in bad condition and it cant be used like this

Friendly and helpful staff

The buildings and the rooms are old, the room wasn't clean. The food was terrible and very messy. We had to cross the street to go to the other hotel to bring beach towels to use them on the pool in our hotel.
