Great central location. Comfy king-sized bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Environmental friendly scheme of skipping housekeeping and getting a 20PLN bar voucher is a great idea.

Dated shower over bath set up with little space to get in/out of shower due to toilet and shower/bath positioning. Poor water pressure in shower.

the staff in the hotel was super helpful and always tried to acomodate every request. The view from the room onto the PKiN was amazing especially at night. Location was excellent - in the heart of warsaw. Whether you are using a car or public transport this location has prime access to both

the rooms were a little bit small and the bathroom had only bath+shower setup - no standalone shower

Large room, with stunning view of the Palace of Culture and Science. Large and comfortable bed. Excellent value for a top hotel in a European capital. Good value breakfast too.

It was an excellent stay. The room was spacious and very clean and the breakfast was rich. In general, there was great attention to detail, e.g. they would sit you on a table for the breakfast and the would put a note on it that the table was taken so that you could take your time at the buffet.

There was not anything that disappointed me.

Bright , impeccably clean , wonderful scent around common areas . Quiet , professional staff going out of their way to help and accommodate guests .

Some foods ordered from restaurant take a little bit longer so guests need to know that .
