Perfect location, good value for...

Very good Mexican style breakfast with multiple food choices, great service. All employees of Emporio were helpful, nice and reacted immediately to our needs (extra towel, water etc.). Hotel's location is perfect, close to all attractions and very quiet at the same time.

They didn’t not inform us the room was non-smoking. We only smoked at the bathroom and they made us pay a big penalty. There were bugs on the bed!!!

BE READY TO PAY DOUBLE

The location

The staff treated us poorly, they charged us 3 times for one room. We made the reservation from booking.com in the morning and by mistake o reserved one extra room. My friend made her reservation and they charged on booking.com and again at the hotel. They said that they have waived the stay but the next we saw was 3 charges for the same room! They argue that it was for the demand but our group booked 6 rooms! We could have used the over paid room with one of our group! Very very disappointing!

An old hotel with a fantastic service minded crew. You can feel the history from the interior design. Situated in the middle of the city.

Obs obs!!! A one bed double room has a bed only 1m 20cm wide. It didn't work for us. Luckily they had a 2 bed double room for us to change against an extra fee. This was not mentioned in the description at Booking.com. Old hotel has often a bad smell in the bathroom. So did this one.....
