Blood on bed spread. Cigarette burns on vinyl floor,(this is a no smoking room). Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Peeling paint dow to bare drywall in bathroom. Warped countertops.
I was relocated to Quality Inn due to HomeTowne was overbooked.
NA for Quality Inn. HomeTowne had broken and boarded windows. Yellow tape around doors. People arguing on parking lot. Unprofessional staff.

Location for where we needed to go in the city. The GM was very understanding on our issues and the front desk clerk was also very helpful.
The room was very disappointing when we arrived. It wasn't clean, floors were dirty, shower was dirty, refrigerator was dirty, the AC/heat unit didn't appear to work and was making a noise. There was a large gap under the door.
