Location, hotel’staff very nice and helpful
We asked for a small cake to celebrate a birthday and it was full of mold on the bottom and they only said “sorry”
The location is great. The room is comfortable.
The price is high for Mexico. Tax and fees are high
Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional in many ways. The staff was outstanding from the beginning — always attentive, welcoming, and full of warmth. The spa is spectacular, and every detail was beautifully curated.
However, we did have a disappointing experience that left a mark. My 6-year-old daughter was not allowed to enter the pool because there were adults drinking there — and this was around 6 PM. It was sad to see her feel excluded, and later we learned that other children experienced the same. If the spa already offers an exclusive adults-only area, it may be worth reconsidering the pool policy to ensure families and children can also enjoy the facilities. True hospitality should never leave little ones out.
Did not like that kids were not allowed in pool.
