Miami BeachNice facilities nice staff
The spa is still the best on the beach, room size, fridge and full kitchen in each room is awesom.
The vibe has changed considerably since it was Canyon Ranch. If you’ve never experienced it back then, you might not notice—but for those who have, the difference is palpable. Canyon Ranch had a deep commitment to whole-person wellness, rooted in a true philosophy of healing and integration. Now, it feels flashier, more surface-level, with wellness presented more as a trend than a lived value. That said, it’s still better than most hotels in Miami, which don’t prioritize wellness at all. One note—the lighting in the spa is way too bright. It was never like that before, and it really takes away from the restorative atmosphere.
Wellness centric.
Lots of facilities out of service; room wasn’t ready for over an hour after check in time; cleaning of rooms and kitchenettes sub par; toilets function oddly and overall hotel and elevators are outdated (not just no frills); adults only pool is not peaceful as there are multiple classes conducted by a somewhat boisterous and brash instructor for the dates of my stay (1/6)
Great location, beautiful hotel, loved the spa and beach in front with awesome views.
I stayed in a large room that truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were incredibly cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after days filled with adventure or relaxation. The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The room was spotless and boasted a beautiful oceanfront view, which was an absolute delight. What stood out to me was the extra vanity area, perfect for getting ready without cluttering the bathroom. The room's layout was ingenious with its split two-bedroom plan, each accompanied by its own spacious bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone. Don’t forget to visit the spa for IV, massages and just overall wellness. It was awesome. See photos. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury with practical design, this spot is unbeatable. Highly recommended for those who appreciate cleanliness, great service, and well-thought-out room amenities.
