The hotel itself is stunning.
Not worth the money you spend. We had holes in our bedsheets. Room service that just never arrived. Left with dirty cups and glasses we had to clean ourselves in the bathroom.
Great location and view from our room.
During our stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Communication with the reception staff was challenging due to limited English proficiency, and we found their attitude to be dismissive and unaccommodating. Upon arrival, we were informed of a $1000 room deposit, which had not been communicated in advance. It took approximately a month to have the deposit refunded. Despite the advertised check in time of 3pm we arrived at 3:30pm, and were told that our “Marvellous” room—priced at nearly $800 per night—was not ready. We were provided with a temporary room to change in, as we had prior dinner arrangements. Later, at 5:30pm, I received two missed calls from the hotel. When I returned the call, the staff were unable to explain why they had contacted me and, surprisingly, claimed there was no record of our booking. I was unable to talk any further with them as I was attending a celebratory dinner and informed I would speak with them upon my return to the hotel later. We returned to the hotel at 10pm and our room was still not ready. We were assured our booking was confirmed and our room would be ready in 30 mins. They assured us that our luggage would be transferred to our marvellous room from the temporary one however they then lost our bags and had been misplaced. By 11pm we had our bags and were able to settle in. Overall, the lack of organization and poor customer service did not meet the standards expected of a hotel in this price range. We would not return for this reason. It spoilt my husband’s 60th birthday celebrations and although they gave us $100 voucher and free breakfast for one morning - even though we stayed for 3 days 2 nights it didn’t make up for their downfalls.
Location, room dine in service, comfort & feel of the room. The bathroom was awesome, pool was great. Will get a harbour view next time as didn't realise fireworks on Saturday night. Great TV as could cast Disney + to it easily.
Breakfast buffet - had to find someone to order hot drinks, hot buffet was nothing special, bacon was over cooked and dry. The touch plugs and lights bit tricky to learn!
Nice view good location
The phone is no good hard to find out how to ring for a service
