the room was spotless and the breakfast was good.
a bit crowded during the breakfast time :)
Room was great as it was wooden floors and not carpet (first floor only), the bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing (especially Gabriel), clean and the breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately, there was a fire alarm at night (false alarm), and everyone had to go outside in their pyjamas. It happens, can't control everything! It's a little "far" from Old Quebec but if you have a car, it takes about 20-25 minutes without traffic.
They did not clean our room for 3 days. Never ever in our life we had stayed in the hotel where they won't clean. For 3 nights we slept in dirty room.
