All inclusive, roof top pool great view of the bay. Staff were amazing.

We paid for king bed but received two doubles not big enough for both of us to sleep.

Overall, the stay was pleasant due to friendly staff and a nice beach, but significant improvements are needed to elevat

I enjoyed the friendly demeanor of the staff at the property.

The room wasn't cleanthe floor corners and shower area were gross, and the curtains had mold stains. The buffet food was boring and repetitive, leading to food poisoning. I also got bug bites all over. Plus, the card keys didn't always work well.

Proximity to the beach and other amenities in Puerto Vallarta

The buffet was horrible, birds and cats everywhere. Food was cold. The reservation system for the on-site restaurants was ridiculous. The techno music in the bars and pool made me think I was in a John Wick movie. The food in the on-site restaurants was horrible, and if you wanted something better, you have to pay for it.The door locks in our room were both broken. They never change the sheets on the cabanas on the beach. Ive been here five times and its just gotten worse every year. I will not go back.

This is my fourth time visiting this location. Our first experience was amazing, even suggesting this place to others. Unfortunately this visit will be my last.

My room was not comfortable, the pillows were hard as a rock, the lamps were falling apart , the balcony door was hanging off its last leg . I was so embarrassed bringing another group of family members with us .
