Superb

The location of the property in relation to the airport is great. It's easy to find and located in a gated community. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly. It's close to great towns and it is not hard to reach Valencia. Good supermarkets within 5 minutes by car. The house itself was super clean, comfy chairs, great tv and great pool. It's a great rental for multi family vacations as there are three full bathrooms. Jose, the caretaker of the property is so helpful and friendly.

Overall, we've rented several properties world wide and this is one of our favourites so these points are just to highlight in case it helps. The Spanish like the Germans tend to do voice over on the tv programs so everything is Spanish so make sure you have your phone/tablet as TV does have blue tooth. There was Netflix to use and wifi was good but don't expect big downloads. If you visit in the colder months, the airco heating is sufficient but when visiting with a bigger group the breaker panel will not hold all charges at once. (oven on, toaster, and heaters) . For some reason, the ad mentions a Jacuzzi on the property but we couldn't find one! :)
