The location is great, close to sites and shops. The day time staff is also great, they're very helpful.

The facilities really need an upgrade, everything in the room are pretty much on their last leg, the hairdryer is so old it gets over heated quickly and you will have to wait 5mins between each blow. The night shift manger is petty useless, I ask about the broken hairdryer, he said he couldn't help and I will have to wait till the morning.

Everything about this property is elegant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the decor, prints and rooms are exceptional. We had a room overlooking the garden and city which was great. It faced east so you dont get the hot sun in the afternoon coming into your room, especially in summer when we were there. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room with pastries served to your table. Cereals, bread, fruit, eggs etc available as well as gluten free options. Is out of the busiest part of the city but an easy walk in. Just a footnote, the Property Management and laundry around the corner do a fantastic service, fast and folded into articles and dropped back to the hotel
