The entire complex is VERY OUTDATED They still issue metal cut keys for rooms & safe No elevators Food is terrible everyday Maintenance of facilities is poor & unprofessional ROOMS: No WIFI No coffee No fridge No iron No food between 5 & 6pm

It was a nice place and clean.

Booking a restaurant reservation was difficult and sold out way too fast. You should be able to walk up to restaurant and put your name in and wait, just like any other restaurant. Needs more capacity at restaurants.

Compared to Riu Jalisco in feb we stay royal needs to step up

Too much to mention Need to be out at 5 to get a seat at adult pool thats when all seniors are up lol. No fridge in rooms may have slept on tile floor for bed comfort etc etc

swimming pools are close to the rooms.

Mold in the bathroom, sliding door handle broken, no table lamps, food was slop, bad alcohol, not a good experience.

The complex is clean and comfortable. The food is good but not great. The drinks are okay but watered down. The pools are nice but close far too early in the evening. The beach access is good and the staff are friendly and generally helpful. The shows were really fun though!

The food was not authentic at all. It was generally okay and there were a lot of selections to choose from but it was still buffet food. The rooms do not have coffee makers or refrigerators so anything that you get off site can't be brought back. Drinking water is hard to come by. There should be large bottles or filtered water at every building, this was not the case. There are no beach toys, SUP's, surfboards, snorkeling gear available for check out or even for rent. But they are happy to sell you stuff that you can throw away at the end of your trip.

Great location

Deplorable Internet service. (Not acceptable in todays technology) Noisy construction. Extremely loud music from theatre in evening directly at our unit. Booking of Al La Cart restaurants (ridiculous)
