My bed was softer than I like. The only ice machine was a long way from my room on the first floor near the front desk.

The room was clean and spacious. Huge bathtub. Pleasant front desk staff.

They shouldn't advertise a pool if the pool is ALWAYS closed for maintenance. "Hot water" in lobby for tea was barely even warm and couldn't make tea in room because coffee maker was filthy. Really bad television.

Convenient, quite and safe location.Easy and quick check in.

Indoor pool was closed due to ,maintenance. We were hoping to use the pool during stay.

The room was outdated. Stains on the comforter. Water was left in the tub. Cracks in the ceiling and remote batteries did not work. No pool when advertised.

Wifi is terrible. Room needed some maintenance and heat/ac does not run on auto

Key cards didn't work. Staff night and morning had attitudes. Shampoo etc. In the bathroom was used, none new. No refrigerator, had a microwave and a spot where the refrigerator should have been.

The beds were the worst!

staff was short staffed which is understandable? but the facility needs updates. blower dryer didn't work and if we remembered our we couldn't plug in in bathroom outlet kept tripping extremely dangerous. air conditioner runs so loud we couldn't use to sleep. bathroom leaked everytime we used tub looks like it hasn't been clean in months. half hall smelled like cigarettes smoke. dog barking all morning next to us. breakfast area was subpar. staff had attitude when asked a question. equipment not working.
