I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. What can I recommend to people who are considering staying here? If the choice is between your hotel and living on the street, I recommend living on the street.

Just the location in proximity to the airport.

The facility was old, run down, in need of serious updating. Looked like a motel 6. Had issue with the AC/heating. Staff new the room had issues. Did not disclose them. When I asked to change rooms, they insisted house keeping had to come and inspect the room to make sure I didn't use anything or sit on the bed. They expected me to leave my belongings in the room while they inspected (note, they didn't want to do it if I was in the room). Staff also were not wearing name tags, so I asked their names and was told, they don't have to tell me.. Staff then began speaking in Spanish about me, assuming I didn't know what they were saying.. I will be complaining to Corporate about the experience. (Not that it matters, since the vibe from the staff was like they could care less. I expected way more from a Ramada. I will never stay there again. I'd suggest consumers stay far away.
