We stayed for 5 nights. There was a toy elephant on the bed in the room when we arrived. I understood this was a gift which, on leaving, I took home for my granddaughter. I was disgusted when a separate 15 charge appeared on my credit card bill some days after checkout. This is a COMPLETE RIPOFF. Not the 15 cost but the fact there is no information with the toy to indicate there is a charge. Take these toys out of the rooms or clearly state that there is a 15 charge. Really disappointed with this sneaky charge by Hotel Slon.
