Amani Hotel Suites & Spa

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location was good. One staff member showed us to a very nice restaurant just up the road

We had to wait 2 hours for the taxi the hotel had ordered to pick us up from the airport and only came because we rang the hotel - they'd obviously not ordered it

Lovely authentic Moroccan building . The pool courtyard was beautiful Karma cafe was great especially Mohammed ( I think ) who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed . Buffet breakfast was good but a limited choice . In a great location with gardens opposite

We were told beforehand that the lift was under renovation but not about the rooftop restaurant and spa being closed - we were looking forward to these . Not much wardrobe / storage space

The room gave view on the street which was nice to see all things happening but my partner had to sleep with earplugs. The bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

As we travelled Morocco before this hotel and area is more Western orientated with a continental breakfast and the restaurants in the area are also not really traditional, for that the old center offers better food and experience. The facilities where ok but for that standard need a bite more maintenance e.g. elevator didn't work, the sliding doors need fixing.

Nice and clean, good location. 5 mins walk from train station, 35 mins walk to the old town square.

Sadly when I arrived I was told the elevator wasnt working (room was on the 3rd floor), also the spa was closed for refurbishment as well as the roof top restaurant.

The hotel is very close to the train station, the room and the breakfast are nice, the staff at the reception are helpful.
