Everything was great, the concierge or the security gave us good advice. The pool was great, my kids had a lot of fun.
All was good
Comfortable room overlooking the village. Easy access to hiking trails.
Everything was good. But, TV access was very limited to TV channels and the TV was not smart one. So, it wasn’t possible to connect cellphone to TV to watch Netflix.
TV was old model without access to connection to cellphone to watch Netflix or etc
Staying in the village and having everything within walking distance was nice, and great families with kids.
Restaurants in the area are all overpriced (think 20-30% above what you would pay for the same quality/place in Montreal). In addition, they charge an extra "city" tax (for upkeep of the area), in addition to regular 15% sales tax. Lastly, the hotel was nice and clean, but in my opinion, doesn't merit the 5 star rating it has.
The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and accomodating. They answered all our questions and were always willing to help. We were very well recieved. I enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. In all of my travelling years I never had a hotel that recieved my family and I with this kind of compassion and service. I will definitely be returning soon :)
There were a lot of wasps at the outdoor pool areas.
