Very dirty and uncomfortable. Changed rooms 3 times and every room was awful. Only was refunded for one of the 2 days booked. Couldn’t even stay one night. Had to leave and find another hotel.
The only good thing was being close to Legoland
They registered my name incorrectly from the beginning. I entered the room and the toilet did not work. The person who came to fix it said that in order for it to work, we had to open the toilet lid gently. To make matters worse, the air conditioning started heating up and no longer cooled. This was a few minutes after checking in. The employee admitted the problem and said that there was nothing he could do to fix it. I checked out around 8am and we slept in the heat.

Cleanliness could have been better but very worth the stay.
They only program room keys for one day. Had to have our room keys reprogrammed TWICE during our 3 night stay. VERY annoying!!
