Would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. And a bathtub.
The room and location in respect to where I had to attend daily was good.
Breakfast was very poor. No milk for cereal and very little choice in other breakfast options.

liked the ramp going to our room downstairs, we are in our 80's and stairs are difficult to use, the room comfortable ample in size. Location to hospitals was easy .
one big complaint was a housekeeping one ! The floors were filthy,, ,,they were not moped clean, you could not walk on the floor without shoes on, getting out of the shower you needed to use a towel on the floor to keep your feet clean.
