Great location
Parking was bad Friday night and Saturday night
The pool Trade winds restaurant was cool
Nothing all amazing
The Comedy show being in the same building. Our room was nice & spacious.
The vending machines didn’t work. Our hot tub had hair in it.
The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options. It also had a nice refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
They could improve the parking situation, I felt there were people parked next to the hotel that were there for events rather than being hotel guest.
I love the area so many places to eat. I also love it was just 15 mins from the aquarium. I love the mirrors in the bathroom the lighting was amazing. I love that there was a night club right downstairs. The restaurant was good the breakfast was amazing. The staff were great very sweet.
I didn’t like that they didn’t have extra linens for the sofa bed. The shower head was broken or something because when showing water everywhere. Also kids went to the pool no one came with towels even when I called and requested more pool towels.
The room wasn’t terrible but it was motel quality at a $200 hotel quality price. The description said there would be a hot tub in the room which was why I booked there over $80 cheaper stay ON the inner harbor. They gaslit me into the fact I misread but no it said room amenities. Anyway there was a lot of dirt around the bathtub and a lot of cosmetic damage in the room which gave motel vibes. It’s home of a Baltimore comedy club so we were surprised by a show starring Donnell Rawlings which was a total riot and we really enjoyed that.
