Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Wine and cocktail hour is a nice touch. Excellent restaurant. Gym and pool. Good central location in West Hollywood close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Not worth the money but...
The location
Way to expensive for what it is. Marketed as 5 star hotel. Check in at 1 pm would result in an « early check-in fee » of 100 USD. At arrival no one helps you with your bags. You carry them yourself. At the front desk you are given a sheet of paper with all the information regarding breakfast etc. instead of the receptionist talking to you No coffee machine in the room. No turndown service. The gym is in a devastated condition
