Excellent staff and a superb restaurant

A very professional hotel. Nice large room allocated, dinner in hotel was very good. Staff were all excellent. No complaints at all. I've given a high mark for location because we needed to be near the port - that might not be everyone's choice.

Not major but a couple of maintenance issues. The skirting board beneath our patio window was crumbling badly and the 8th floor carpets could do with a clean but apart from those 2 issues everything was excellent. Thank you.

Good location. Rooms were clean and tidy. The suite was a great size with a ton of room and good views.

Rooms need updating as some of the furniture and fittings are outdated. The blinds in the suite were tattered or broken. No elevator to the top floor room so needed to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs

The breakfast was ok thank you, as we were late risers the fried eggs had not been very hot , but otherwise no problem and we didnt eat there in the evening.

The pool had a lot of dirt / debris in the bottom, this was cleaned the afternoon before we left, & the area of the pool and leading to the pool didnt appear very clean.

The property should pay more attention about pool on the roof. It was very dirty, didnt make thr best impression if we speak about 5*hotel. The water in the pool looked like from last year.
