Did not have breakfast. Had an evening snack that was good Awesome staff: Damone, SherryAnne, Petergay and Marisha. There were two other staff members who were very nice also, one may have been a manager.

I overheard a man, don’t know his role, he was blasting someone who had not blocked disability access room. My problem was he was actually using profanity loud enough for me, a guest, to hear. Not professional. Housekeeping had to be requested twice. Once at 4:00pl.

Very good location.

I was just thinking of posting a comment, but the truth is there are a lot of problems at your hotel. 1. The bathroom in the room and the mirror were dirty. 2. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. I found popcorn seeds; I have photos. 3. The trash can had a piece of paper in it. 4. The biggest problem was the sofa bed mattress; it's not suitable for one person. 5. There are four of us, and the sofa bed wasn't made. We had to call to request someone to make it, but there was no one to do. 6.We booked through the Booking app with breakfast and according to the hotel they don't have breakfast included, they charged us on the bill at check-out after arguing so much with the front desk managers in the end they removed the breakfast charge, what a nightmare we lived at different times in this hotel, the girl at the front desk told us that next time we should make the reservation directly with them

We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on their food. The location is excellent!
