Comfort Suites Dfw N/Grapevine

I needed a room last minute and i was able to book for an immediate check in.

The front desk attendant was a little rude but I just assume it is because it was 1 am.

The beds were comfortable.

The refrigerator didn't work and my food was spoiled. The lady at the front desk said the manager was gone for the weekend and wouldn't be back until Monday. I reported the incident on Saturday.

The breakfast was basic although I think it should last until checkout time for those who sleep in. I liked the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and the bathtub was huge!

When getting ready for bed we noticed the pull out bed didn't have any sheets. Once we got it all the way out we discovered it was covered in urine stains. Leaving us one bed less for the 6 of us.

The room was very nice and had everything we needed and the lobby was very clean and nice.

There was a big bath tub we were excited to use, but there was no hot water, it was just room temp or cold. The carpet in the room was a little questionable in regards to cleanliness.

Staff was very nice from day 1 However we stayed for 5 days and did not have housekeeping refresh our towels or change our trash out. We had to keep going downstairs to front desk, as well as to get pool towels. Otherwise a great time

Breakfast was the same every morning
